Our Biodegradable Sugarcane Bagasse Food Trays are manufactured from 100% post-harvest sugarcane fibre (bagasse) — an agricultural byproduct that would otherwise be waste — using our zero-formaldehyde thermoforming process.
These trays carry BPI (Biodegradable Products Institute) compostable certification and TÜV OK Compost HOME mark, meeting the most stringent EU Single-Use Plastics Directive (SUPD) requirements and EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR) compliance for 2025 retail markets.
Key technical advantages: microwave-safe up to 220°C, freezer-safe to -20°C, oil and grease resistant, moisture barrier coated (optional PFAS-free coating), and capable of supporting up to 2kg of food weight. Available in 12 standard tray configurations and custom die-cut dimensions.
